A fun way for parents and children to get active, build confidence, get stronger and spend quality time together.
Less sitting on the sidelines. More doing it together.
Enhanced DBS checked · Qualified PTs and S&C coaches
A group class. Circuits, games, a bit of everything. Good if you want the energy of a room full of people and your child likes being around other kids.
Full detailsJust your family and a coach. Better if your child's nervous in groups, if there's a big age gap between siblings, or if someone's working around an injury.
Full detailsPads, footwork, proper technique. This is the one for kids who say they hate exercise but will happily hit something for an hour.
Full detailsA 45 minute class for parents and children aged 8 and up. Strength, cardio, circuits and games, with everyone in the room working at their own level.
You train together. Your child isn't sat on a bench watching you, and you're not stood at the side of a pitch watching them.
Nobody needs to be fit or sporty to start. Most people come along knowing no one.
Why parents come:
Your family, one coach, no one else in the room.
We build the session around what you actually want, whether that's getting your child moving more, getting yourself back into training, or both at once. Strength work, conditioning, games, whatever fits.
This tends to suit families where a group class wouldn't work. A child who finds crowds hard. Siblings four years apart. A parent coming back from injury who doesn't want to be the slowest person in the room.
Sessions run at West Worthing Baptist Church.
Pad work, footwork and technique, taught properly, for you and your child together.
This isn't a fitness class with gloves on. You'll learn to actually box: stance, guard, combinations, how to move. Kids pick it up fast, and it's usually the session that wins over the ones who insist they don't like sport.
No sparring, no contact between you and your child. Just pads and coaching.
Private sessions only, so it's paced to whoever's in the room. Never boxed before is completely normal.
Personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. Semi-professional football and rugby, nine marathons.
"At 15 I was 18 stone. I changed how I ate, started moving, and took the weight off slowly. That's the whole reason I do this job. I know what it's like to be the least fit person in the room, and I know getting a family active isn't as simple as booking a class."
Dad of two. Enhanced DBS checked.
My wife and I had spent years training people one at a time, and years watching parents drop kids at a club and sit in the car for an hour.
It seemed like a waste. Same hour, same building, two people who barely see each other during the week.
So we built sessions where you both train. That's it, really.
First session is free. Turn up, have a go, decide afterwards.
